Initiatives and Movement for Gender Liberation Against Discrimination

IMGLAD is an independent, non-partisan, and non-profit self-organization of LGBTQIA+ persons residing in the Tri-People communities of Mindanao. Grounded on its vision, mission, and core principles, the Movement works for the holistic empowerment and welfare of its members and LGBTQIA+ community in general. IMGLAD operates in Cotabato City, Iligan City, and the Provinces of Lanao Del Norte and Maguindanao. Presently, it has built chapters in Iligan City; Cotabato City and Maguindanao; Rogongon, Iligan City; Kolambugan, Lanao Del Norte and; Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao Del Norte.

IMGLAD envisions an equitable, free, inclusive, progressive, and safe society in Mindanao where the dignity and rights of the LGBTQIA+ are proactively nurtured, promoted, and respected by the people. Our mission statement is to Amplify the Tri-People Pride.
